He firmly believes that improv is one of the greatest tools on the planet to teach so many life skills.

His work with businesses as a People Strategy Consultant enables them to create high performing teams which have fun and creativity as an integral part of their DNA.

If he is not out and about on the golf course or walking in nature with his wife and beloved hound, chances are you will find him surrounded by large amounts of plastic bricks as he works on another of the lego builds he loves to bring to life.
