In her talk, Evie sheds light on both the positives and challenges of social media, encouraging open conversations about its effects on young minds. With a keen interest in psychology and digital culture, she hopes to inspire a healthier, more mindful approach to online life. Evie Hodgson is a passionate young speaker and student at an International School in the Netherlands (the BSA). She is, dedicated to raising awareness about the possible negative impact of social media on the mental well-being of children. Drawing from personal experiences and research, she explores how growing up in a digital world shapes self-esteem, relationships, and mental health.
