¿Lagartijas endémicas o serpientes invasoras? | Antonia Maria Cirer Costa | TEDxDaltVila

I am a biologist from Ibiza and I have observed and studied the Ibiza wall lizard since more 50 years ago.
This lizard is a great living evolutionary example. With that propose I studied Evolution with Dr. Prevosti
and Ecology with Dr. Margalef in Barcelona University. I finished my doctoral thesis in 1987, supervised
by Dr. Martinez-Rica, on lizards populations in all the Pitiusen Islands.
I have been Biology, Geology and Earth Science professor, but now I am retired. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
