Her coaching experience spans various levels, from leading the Indonesian women’s national team in competitions like the FIBA Asia Women’s Cup and the SEA Games to nurturing young talent with the Indonesia U-18 national team. She has also made significant contributions at the club level, notably with Surabaya Fever in the WNBL Indonesia, and at the high school level, including SMA Santo Aloysius Bandung. Known for her dedication, tactical acumen, and motivational skills, Marlina plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Indonesian basketball.
