Graduated from Ashikaga Institute of Technology in Japan, where he developed the Chandra Windmill, now in practical use in Chile. Founder of Juria International, fostering trade and cultural exchange between Japan and Sri Lanka. Developer of the “Juria Brand” Ceylon black tea and partner in logistics with Ceylon Shipping Lines. Actively supports the Sri Lankan community in Japan and promotes cross-cultural understanding through business and innovation.
