This TEDx talk explores evidence-based techniques for cultivating inner peace, maintaining clarity in chaos, and harnessing the brain’s natural ability to restore balance. Through science and practical insights, it offers a roadmap to a calmer, more centered life. Mentor, organizational psychologist. She works with founders and leaders to operate effectively, regardless of changing business conditions, project complexity or intense emotions, equipping them to work calmly and on their own terms. She also accompanies and coaches teams in strengthening effectiveness and building better communication.
For the past 15 years, she has gathered experience in, among other things, creating and coordinating teams, managing budgets and change, designing startup MVPs, building and implementing business communication strategies and development programs. However, she primarily works with people, and since 2015 has focused on those in IT and startups.
