The 4Gs for timeless impact | Nabil Bin Arif | TEDxBRACU

Nabil Bin Arif challenges the stereotypical definition of what is perceived as power by introducing the idea that occupying physical and mental space will empower and make you stronger. He shares openly how overcoming racism and bullying as a brown kid growing up in Canada set him on his leadership journey and shares the four success pillars: Grace, Grit, Goodness, and Gratitude. Through real stories and Nabil’s engaging illustrative recounts, he demonstrates how combining these traits helps to build resilience, influence, and make change. His message is simple; you are not the sum of your past, but rather what lies in front of you.

Nabil is one of the youngest elected governors of a university in Canada, and is an active supporter of youth advocacy. More than a quarter of a million youth have been assisted by him through mental health services, extracurricular activities, and sports programs. He has a great passion for philanthropy and even encourages people to practice it with a sense of delight.

Nabiil encourages people to challenge preconceived boundaries and adopt a mindset of abundance. He believes success is personal and is determined by resilience, ethical leadership, and appreciation for life’s journey.
